  • Absolutely! This Byron Bay retreat is designed to be inclusive—each part of the retreat is an invitation where you choose how deep you want to go. There is a focus on body-based practices and personal development, ensuring that everyone, regardless of experience, feels comfortable and supported. Whether you’re new to personal development work or have prior experience, you get to explore what feels right for you.

  • The retreat is intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 14 participants. This allows for personalized attention and creates a more intimate and supportive environment.

  • Creating a space just for women gives us the opportunity to explore the unique experience of being a woman. There’s no “right” way to be a woman—there is only your way—and part of this retreat is designed to explore that.

  • While everyone’s experience is unique, many women leave feeling more connected to themselves and having gained tools for personal growth. You’ll also leave with a greater understanding of your body’s wisdom and the ability to weave new self-development practices into your life.

  • Sometimes activities can bring up uncomfortable emotions, but your well-being is the top priority. As part of the retreat package, you will have a trauma-informed facilitator and plenty of time for self-care, giving you the opportunity to gently step out of your comfort zone while feeling nurtured and supported. If at any time you feel overwhelmed, you will be encouraged to take some time for yourself and receive individual support.

  • This is different from your typical group experience as the focus is on your internal journey. You are never required to share anything, and you are welcome to be exactly where you are the entire time. Part of the power of group activities is that you can often receive as much from witnessing others as you do from your own process, but it is always up to you to decide how much or how little you share or participate.
