A series of lectures or master classes. The most lasting effects come from experiencing something firsthand, so this retreat is designed to be participatory and experiential.

⏤ ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Yasmeen.
Though I grew up dancing my whole life, it wasn’t until I took my first yoga class that I realized: while I had been trained to move my body, I was not actually connected to my body. This realization set me on the path of yoga and embodiment practices, helping me reconnect with my body—and, ultimately, with myself.
Befriending my body in this way helped me understand myself on a deeper level. It showed me where I felt strongest in my life and where I had some healing to do. Through this journey, I have learned that the power of the body is two-fold: it can reveal our deepest wounds, but it also holds the key to healing them. When we tune into our bodies, we open the door to deep, personal work—sometimes challenging, but always healing. This process leads us to a life that feels more free, more joyful, and more fully expressed.
